I hope any from bayantel’s employee will be able to read this one…… I am very really overly, extremely, frustrated with bayantel’s internet connection.
* It doesn’t have a stable internet connectivity – Bayantel’s DSL internet connectivity suddenly stops. I do understand it happens for sometime especially for Dial-up connectivity. But not with DSL and it’s not appropriate that it occurs almost every minute or even every second. It interrupts every single thing that I do in the middle of something. I even missed passing my assignments online because of some network timeouts and connection break out.
DSL connectivity is an unlimited internet connection but still needs to connect yourself manually entering your username and password.
Dial-up is a limited internet connection that uses a card. The amount of time you can use the internet depends on the amount of the card.
I am very disappointed with this. Before, bayantel’s connection was not like this. We’ve been using this connection for almost 3 years probably and it’s only in this time that it has a failing connectivity.
I hope someone from the concerned may be able to read this so that they may be able to acquire something that could fixed their problem, my problem, their customer’s problem. I know it’s not only me who is experiencing this dilemma. Please have some solutions for this bayantel. . .
I also hope that bayantel will not be offended unto this article. I will not be able to call the company that’s why just decided to blog this out because at this time I have experienced and felt this frustrations I am uttering herein. . .
